Urban Frame Plaka Hotel Athens

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a stylish and modern interior, with a beautiful bathroom and cozy balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to Syntagma, Plaka, and the Akropolis. It was also a great value for the money, offering excellent amenities and a convenient location close to everything.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major tourist spots and various vegetarian/vegan restaurants and cafes. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped. The air conditioning provides a much-needed respite from the hot weather. The breakfast, although small, offers a tasty selection, especially the delicious Greek yogurt. The hotel also boasts a comfortable elevator despite occasional traffic jams.

The noise from the staircase and reception area can be quite disruptive for a light sleeper.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any queries. Lastly, I loved the attention to detail in the rooms - they were spotlessly clean and modern, with the added bonus of having a balcony. My stay here was fantastic!

The hotel could improve on the size of the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for food and activities. the hotel itself was clean and calm, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy walking access to popular tourist attractions. We felt safe in the area, which was filled with both locals and fellow tourists. the hotel had a secure front door and provided necessary amenities such as toiletries and water. the small lounge area was a cozy space to relax and wait for check-out.

Our room was quite tiny, making it difficult to open our luggage comfortably. the room was initially very cold, and it took the staff some time to address this issue.

I had an exceptional stay at a great hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was unbeatable, with all attractions within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I even received a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was also allowed to check out late without any additional charges. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, excellent facilities, and helpful staff.

Great location near attractions and restaurants, with a friendly concierge. Modern, clean room with functioning amenities and comfortable beds. Plentiful hot water and good water pressure. Convenient for late-night arrivals by bus. Super breakfast, though starting a bit late.
